C&M was established in 1991 by Edward Cacciapaglia and Dianne MastBrook.  Since the beginning, C&M has been working hard to best serve our individual and small business clients. Over the years we have developed expertise in serving clients in all areas of business. Our firm specializes in various business practices which include taxation, financial planning, estate planning, key performance indicator monitoring, cash flow management, insolvency administration, disaster recovery issues, and customer relationship management strategies.

We are an active member of the RAN ONE network, the world?s largest network of independent accounting firms. In addition, we participate in AICPA and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
